MPACT Collision Warranty
MPACT Collision offers a limited lifetime warranty on our collision repairs. This includes parts, labor and refinishing operations included on the original final bill.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
The MPACT Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the owner on the original final bill. The MPACT warranty includes the labor, parts, and refinishing as shown on the original final bill. Parts and Materials are subject to OEM and paint manufacturers warranties.
Workmanship Labor
MPACT Collision offers a limited warranty on all repairs and workmanship on sheet metal, frame and unibody components.
Parts
All parts that were replaced as reflected on the original final bill are subject to the OEM warranty.
Paint Materials
MPACT Collision provides a lifetime limited warranty on all refinished or painted operations that were included on the original final bill.
Mechanical
MPACT Collision also provides a lifetime warranty on all mechanical items, excluding electrical items, which were reflected on the original final bill and are subject to the limitations of the OEM warranty.
MPACT Warranty Exclusions
MPACT warranty does not cover post repair front end alignments or worn tires. Also, the MPACT warranty does not cover items damaged in post repair impacts or accidents that take place. Additionally, the MPACT warranty does not cover post repair theft, rust, rock chips, scratches, hail fire, acts of God, abuse or improper care or vehicle maintenance.
