Before entering the collision industry, Zack had a diverse career in manufacturing management, holding various roles from purchasing to overseeing broad operational aspects. His transition into the collision industry in 2010 saw him spending most of his time in C-suite positions. Zack served as the CEO of a multimillion-dollar company, making significant impacts in the Carolinas and transforming the industry landscape there. Zack’s experience in management and leadership continues to foster the growth and success of MPACT.

Garrett has been a part of the collision industry since 2007. For the majority of his career, he worked on the supplier side, specifically as a paint supplier. This role offered him a unique perspective, operating from both a support and supplier level. Garrett held several management positions where he successfully oversaw large territories, showcasing his ability to lead and achieve results in a competitive environment. His extensive experience and success in managing these areas demonstrate his profound understanding and capability within the collision industry.
