MPACT offers help with insurance claims when your vehicle needs to be repaired.
Get answers to frequently asked insurance claims.
What insurance providers can you work with?
We are willing to work with all insurance providers.
How does MPACT Collision handle the deductible for insurance claims?
When an insurance assignment is received, the insurance company informs us of the deductible amount. We apply this deductible to the job. Once the repair is completed, we verify payment with the insurance company, and the client is responsible for paying any deductible amount directly to MPACT.
Can I have additional repairs done on my car that aren't part of the accident claim?
Yes, while your car is in the shop for accident-related repairs, we can also fix dents and dings that are not covered by the insurance claim. These repairs would be assessed and quoted separately, and the cost would be paid directly to MPACT by the client.
What happens if the insurance coverage does not fully cover the repair costs?
If insurance coverage is insufficient to cover all repair costs, we will inform you of any additional amounts that need to be paid after the insurance payment has been verified. The remaining balance, including the deductible, will be the client's responsibility.
How does MPACT verify payment with the insurance company?
After repairs are completed, we verify the final payment with the insurance company to ensure that all costs covered by insurance are settled. This process is important for transparency and accuracy in billing.
Is there a benefit to having non-accident related repairs done while my car is already at MPACT for accident repairs?
Having non-accident related repairs done while your car is already in the shop can be more convenient and possibly more cost-effective, as it saves additional trips and handling. We can provide a separate quote.
